Ricochet study – Now recruiting!

OxSCAR is supporting the RICOCHET (Receipt of Curative Resection or Palliative Care for Hepatopancreaticobiliary Tumours) study

The study is a trainee-led, multi-centre, national, collaborative study that is co-ordinated by the West Midlands Research Collaborative

The RICOCHET study aims to deliver a snapshot of investigative and management practice for patients with newly identified pancreatic cancer and malignant biliary obstruction.

Failure to Rescue Audit – Recruiting!

A new and exciting collaborative audit across Thames Valley has been announced – the Failure to Rescue study. This audit will focus upon identifying patterns in the care of an acutely deteriorating surgical patient on the surgical ward.
